Auto Ship Frequenly Asked Questions
How will billing work?
When you placed the initial free trial order of one Rockhard Weekend capsule, our system marked that date and automatically set an alert for reship 15 days later. When purchasing a trial offer your first autoship will occur 15 days from the date of the order. At that point, we will recharge the credit card for 8 Rockhard Weekend capsules, and once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped. You will receive an e-mailed invoice each month that states how much you were charged and provides a tracking number, so you can track your package.
Can I change the frequency of my Autoshipment, change the quantity of items shipped to me, or cancel my account?
Of course! We’ll gladly make adjustments to your Autoship account. To make changes to your account, contact one of our customer service representatives, and they will ensure that changes are made to your account. For cancellations, you will need to contact customer service before the 25th day in your billing cycle; otherwise, the product for that month will already be billed and shipped—and if returned, the product will be subject to the return policy (refund less shipping and less the 5% restocking fee). If you call in and cancel your Autoship account, you will receive a follow-up e-mail from a customer service representative as a proof of cancellation.
What if there are issues charging my credit card?
We understand that credit cards expire and changes to credit card information are sometimes necessary. This information can be changed or updated by simply contacting our customer service representatives. We know your credit card information is private and will guarantee your security. We will never request or accept credit card information via e-mail. If there is an issue with the credit card, it is our company’s policy to try the card three times, and if the transaction still does not go through, we will cancel your autoship.
What happens if a product can’t be shipped or is on back order?
Unfortunately, products can end up on back order. While we attempt to ensure our shelves stay stocked, manufacturers may be low on product occasionally or we might not get a shipment on time, which can cause a delay in fulfilling orders. If problems with your order occur, we will contact you via e-mail promptly and do everything we can to get the product to you as quickly as possible.
Is shipping free?
We currently offer free first class shipping for our autoship program.
Is there a fee to join Autoship?
No! In fact, we are giving you a free trial of RockHard Weekend in order to demonstrate the quality of our products. For future Autoshipped orders, you will receive a locked in price for your Autoshipped item. You get your product on time, without the hassle of reordering!
Can you Autoship International orders?
Currently, Autoship is not available for International orders.
What happens if I don’t cancel Autoship before my next charge and shipment?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they have been charged and shipped. If you don’t cancel your Autoship account in time and no longer want the product, you can return the product, which will then be subject to our return policy. You will need to contact customer service for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) and once the return is back in our facility, you will be refunded less the shipping cost and less a 5% restocking fee. You may return the item at your expense and insured, or we can provide a shipping label for the return and bill it to your credit card.
What is the customer agreement?
Our company requires that customers must read and adhere to the terms of our Autoship program. This states that customers are aware and give permission for their credit card to be charged monthly. It states that you are aware that your credit card information will be kept on file with our company, but we promise not to sell any of your personal or private information to third-party companies. Customers also agree that the information provided for shipping is their responsibility and if shipping information isn’t kept up-to-date or the package is not received but the tracking is confirmed delivered, we are not liable for these packages. Customers also acknowledge that their Autoship account will continue to be charged and shipped until officially canceled by contacting customer service in writing.
